Local authorities apprehended a fugitive and human smuggling suspect wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service near H-E-B in San Benito on Sunday.
Detective Rogelio Banda Jr. of the San Benito Police Department reported via press release on Tuesday the arrest of Juan Carlos Aguilar, 28, of San Benito. Aguilar, according to Banda, is wanted by the Marshals for “alien smuggling” and violation of probation.
