Judicial favoritism case goes to DA’s office

gavelThe San Benito Police Department has concluded its investigation into Municipal Court Judge Benjamin Yudesis regarding allegations that he gave preferential treatment to attorney Monica Solis following her January arrest.

According to Assistant City Manager Arturo Rodriguez, the police department has handed its investigation over to the Cameron County District Attorney’s Office.

“We’re waiting for a disposition from them,” Rodriguez said of the DA’s office handling of the case.

    Why must there be so much corruption in our judicial system? If it were a normal regular person they would have already been out of a job and in jail!! This does smell like BULL M. Rodriguez.
