It has been over a year since San Benito Boys and Girls Club Board of Directors President Tommy Ramirez made a plea to the City of San Benito and the community to help prevent the Club from closing its doors.
Now, just over a year later, the Club is showing signs of financial stability, according to Ramirez. But the club still has a long way to go in order to ensure longterm resolve in its efforts to offset decreased funding from sources such as United Way.
