A San Benito police officer who was involved in a January shooting incident has been cleared of any wrongdoing.
The officer in question, whose identity has been withheld by the San Benito Police Department, faced a review after he allegedly discharged his firearm at a juvenile.
“It was checked into, of course,” said SBPD Operations Chief Martin Morales Jr. “We had an outside agency look into it, and it turned out that the officer didn’t violate any rules or regulations. We did our own investigation through internal affairs, and just to make sure that we remained neutral we had an outside agency look at it. They ruled in our favor, that the officer was in the right. There were no violations of any kind.”

UCME,
How about you use your baseballs and say what you have to say.
“My job is hiding, watching and waiting” STFU! Go play hide and seek somewhere else.
I am so distrustful towards this department. I have experienced their bullying tactics firsthand. I have been belittled, disrespected, mocked, and have been charged excessively by the department. Their fix is to feed off the vulnerable and those who are ignorant of the rights given to us by our constitution. And be warned, if one exercise their rights and questions the tactics of the police officers, you most likely will be threatened such as I was. These officers are suppose to uphold the law and abide by it just as I am so, if there is corruption within the department, who is holding them accountable? There is so much more to come about the skeletons in the department’s closest. They have done much damage to me and my family. Stay tuned.
It’s funny what CHIEF OF OPERATIONS MARTIN MORALES said. An outside agency looked into the officer shooting so the police dept would remain neutal. So why was an outside agency not brought in when ASSISTANT CHIEF OF OPERATIONS MICHAEL GALVAN WAS ACCUSED OF HARASSMENT. Or when he was ACCUSED OF COLLECTING A DEBT ON CITY TIME AND IN HIS POLICE UNIFORM NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. Plus i hear the city is getting sued by it’s own OFFICER’S due to the ACTIONS OF ASSISTANT CHIEF OF OPERATIONS MICHAEL GALVAN. If an outside AGENCY would have been brough in mybe the city would not be getting SUED BY IT’S OWN OFFICER’S.
If you are so concerned then why don’t you go and finD out for yoursElf. Oh! It is much eAsier to hide behind a blog than to hear the truth. It’s Funny when someone says they were possessed By the devil and everyone believes it, but when someone says they were born again and were saved by Jesus ChrIst, they are freaking crazy. The truth will set you free! The same person who is telling all these lies is creating a smoke screen for their own agenda. It is no coincidence that all the Veterans left. They knew the truth and did nothing. New admin is doing something and you believe the liar. Have fun with that.

RE: UCME
I agree with your statement about hiding behind a blog/comment. However, you should hold yourself up to those standards as well. Furthermore, you should clarify your blog/comment because it too seems like a smoke screen.
Sorry, that would not be fun. My job is hiding, watching and waiting. Just ask AKA “Smoking High” and you will get a better picture if you are tech savvy. In the end it will all make sense.
