The second Market Days event in a series of six was held on Saturday, Nov. 9, off Sam Houston Boulevard near the railroad tracks and the Veterans War Memorial.

The event, titled “Welcome Back Winter Texans,” saw approximately 75 different vendors come out to sell various items in what’s an increase from the previous event, in which approximately 50 vendors participated.

“The first one we had in October, we had a goal of 30 vendors, and we had 50 at the first one,” said San Benito Economic Development Corporation Director Salomon Torres.
