A mother and her two daughters were arrested on July 4 for allegedly assaulting a 15-year-old female at the San Benito HEB.
According to Detective Rogelio Banda of the San Benito Police Department, officers arrived at HEB, located on the 1100 block of W. Business 77, in reference to an assault in progress.
Banda said, “The mother grabbed the juvenile while the other two (daughters) beat up the victim.”
The detective said the assault occurred inside the store.
