On Monday, the City of San Benito Utility Board tabled a recommendation to amend Ordinance No. 2409D, which was passed in October and requires multi-unit homes to pay a monthly $10 base water fee per tenant.
The measure has since drawn sharp criticism from residents of local parks, such as Fun ‘N Sun RV Resort as well as apartment owners and managers.
