Reaching a Milestone
HARLINGEN – Dr. Susan Hunter, Obstetrician-Gynecologist, has performed her 100th gynecology surgery using the da Vinci robotic surgical system at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, resulting in a 38-year-old South Texas woman being able to recover faster and get back to work sooner after having a hysterectomy to relieve pain, abnormal bleeding and discomfort.

Limon discusses school board shooting
On Tuesday, December 14 during a regular school board meeting in Panama City, Florida, 56-year-old Clay A. Duke walked to the front of the room and spray-painted a red “V” with a circle around it before pulling out a gun and ordering everyone, with the exception of the male board members, to leave the room. The man then opened fire on the board before being shot by a security guard.
