Competition and Exhibit

The Fiber Arts Competition and Exhibit will be held Jan. 26-Feb. 18 at the D’Arte Centre, 115 Jackson, Harlingen, featuring local artists. The Food Bank of the Rio Grande Valley, Inc. seeks summer volunteers of all ages who want to turn donated hours into meals for seniors, children or working poor families. Students and adults are encouraged to sign up for summer hours, which are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with some Saturday and evening hours available.
