While San Benito, Rio Hondo and some of their neighboring communities hosted their Halloween and fall events this past week, a number of other events and festivities are on tap throughout this weekend that are sure to scratch that seasonal itch for most fall lovers.
LOS INDIOS
The City of Los Indios will host a Trunk or Treat event on Oct. 28, 2022 at 6 p.m. at the Los Indios Community Building Parking Lot, 309 Heywood, Los Indios. For more information, call (956) 399-4255.
SAN BENITO
The San Benito Cultural Heritage Museum will begin exhibiting its Dia De Los Muertos Community Altar on Oct. 29, 2022 between 2-4 p.m. The Museum is located on 250 E. Heywood St., San Benito. For more information, call (956) 281-0810
The San Benito Consolidated Independent School District Afterschool Program’s Annual Fall Festival is slated for Oct. 29, 2022 between 5-9 p.m. at the old Greyhound Stadium on Bonham and La Palma Streets, San Benito. For more information, call (956) 361-6450.
LOS FRESNOS
The Los Fresnos Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a Los Fresnos Pumpkin Patch on Oct. 29, 2022 between 1-6 p.m. at the Los Fresnos Rodeo Grounds off of Hwy. 100. For more information, call (956) 233-4488.
