A Rio Hondo man was arrested Tuesday morning and is facing three felony charges for his alleged role in the sexual abuse of a minor. George Ramos, 38, is being charged with indecency with a child and sexual assault, both of which are second degree felonies, and a first degree felony charge of continuous sexual abuse of a child. He was arraigned and given bonds totaling $750,000 by Judge Guadalupe Ayala.
