The San Benito City Commission will meet next Tuesday for their bi-weekly regular meeting and several intriguing topics are slated for the agenda. Among the 26 items up for discussion are: an update on the water plant, the skate pad, the streets that are up for repair, as well as the possibility of expanding the local MPO to qualify for more funds.
The street maintenance department will be presenting an updated list of 69 streets prioritized by which streets are in the most need of rehab and infrastructure improvements. No streets are being added to the list, but there will be some rearranging as far as what streets are next in line to receive repairs.
