Since May 10, San Benito Police had been investigating a local case involving the possible sexual assault of a child. The man suspected of the first degree felony, Juan Segura, turned himself in on Friday morning after being told a warrant had been issued for his arrest.
The 20-year-old San Benito resident was wanted in connection to an incident that allegedly took place during the first week of May when SBPD had to be called into the hospital for suspicion of sexual assault.
