Police: Man pulled knife on victims during robbery

A 59-year-old San Benito man is facing charges of aggravated robbery after allegedly pulling a knife on a man and his daughter who were walking home from the store. According to a press release from the San Benito Police Department, Elifonso Lopez demanded money from the 33-year-old victim- who had his 10-year old daughter with him- and became agitated when the victim claimed that he had no money to give.
