Simply put, the Health Science program at Los Fresnos High School just got a whole lot cooler.
The program, which helps train students en route to getting their EMT certification, recently added a roughly $34,000 ambulance simulator, which the school hopes will give student’s the “edge” as they continue with their career path after high school. Local paramedics, teachers, and school district officials were all on hand Thursday afternoon as the program unveiled the device.
