As much of an impact as Pedro Coronado, Ricky Rodriguez and Gabriel Vasquez had on the field in 2013, it’s no wonder the three Greyhound players received some big-time recognition at the annual 31-5A All-District football selection meeting.
Coronado (defensive end), Rodriguez (defensive line) and Vasquez (kick returner) were each named to the 31-5A All-District first team, as selected by the district’s coaches.
“I couldn’t be more proud of them and their accomplishments,” San Benito coach Spencer Gantt said of the honorees.
