The South Texas Adult Resource and Training (START) Center in San Benito held a workshop on Thursday, Nov. 21, in which the PTA (Parent Teacher Association) Comunitario was discussed.
“The PTA Comunitario are a different family leadership model. They are a response to the challenges of effective family school community partnerships,” said START Center President Ron Rogers.
