LOS FRESNOS – A woman accused of child abandonment was arrested by the Los Fresnos Police Department in an apparent smuggling case.
According to Chief James Harris of the Los Fresnos Police Department, 44-year-old Maria Preza was arrested Wednesday, Nov. 6, after allegedly leaving a 3-year-old boy at a local laundromat on Friday, Nov. 1.
