San Benito Consolidated Independent School District Interim Superintendent of Schools Alfonso Obregón has written a letter to parents addressing a number of recently implemented security measures at elementary campuses.

As previously reported, new security measures implemented also include preventing parents from walking their children to class at certain campuses.

    Who was awarded this contract? Friends of certain board members that’s who.
    Student safety should have been everyone concerns not just because someone can make a deal.
    Certified police officers should be at every school. Spend money on safety and NOT ON TWO SUPERINTENDENT SALARIES. Mrs board president sure hope you pay school taxes cuz word on street is that you and your puppets do not.
