Spencer Gantt is looking to stay the San Benito Greyhounds Head Football Coach and Athletic Director for the foreseeable future, and he hopes the San Benito CISD Board of Trustees agrees on Tuesday.
Board members will discuss extending Gantt’s contract, which expires March 2014, during closed session at a regular meeting scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13, inside the John F. Barron Administration Building on 240 N. Crockett St.

the board needs to stick to what they do best NOTHING that is because when its time to vote all these people will be out of the board we need people on the board that know what it takes to get the job done not make problems and make the city feel ashamed of its leaders.
Did that board of 4 not extend his contract like everybody else? If they did, why in the world are those 4 doing this again? He needs to get the students ready for football and not have to worry about this. What do we expect from those 4 no class people.
