Antonio G. Limón exited mediation on Tuesday with only one thing to say: “The only offer I will accept is reinstatement” as the San Benito Consolidated Independent School District Superintendent of Schools.

Limón said on Tuesday that although the mediation was conducted “in a professional manner,” he continued to argue that his May 23 suspension, in which the SBCISD Board of Trustees approved via a 4-3 split vote to place the superintendent on administrative leave with pay, was without merit.

With the outrageous public statements made by the SBCISD board and their family members against Mr. Limon, along with the personal and professional humiliation of relieving him of his duties right before graduation, it he has any huevos at all he will sue everyone in sight, (both professionally and personally)!!
