RIO HONDO, TX—Christopher Matthew Berg, 24, of Rio Hondo, TX went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 19, 2013 in Rio Hondo, TX.
Christopher is survived by his parents, Michael Stephen Berg and Susan Martin; a son, Joel Garcia Berg; a brother, Michael Stephen Berg II; a sister, Julie Marie Berg; nephews, Jude Alexander Berg, Daniel Matthew Berg, Joshua Lee Martinez, Andrew Lee Martinez, and Matthew Lee Martinez; nieces, Briana Michelle Berg and Aliyah Josue Berg; as well as other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 24, 2013 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home. A chapel service will begin at 2:00 pm and interment will follow to San Benito City Cemetery.
