To borrow the oft-quoted line, “all things must come to an end.”
That was the general feeling Friday night as 638 graduating seniors from San Benito High School gathered at a commencement ceremony at Bobby Morrow Stadium, where they received their diplomas.
The event was bittersweet as they traded quips and swapped stories of the four years that they spent together in high school.
“I am going to miss it,” Edwardo Guzman, 19, said. “I’m going to miss my friends and will miss hanging out with them.”
