Three men were arrested on Monday, April 23 for possession of marijuana.
The arrest occurred when San Benito Police Department (SBPD) detectives were informed by Border Patrol Agents that they had pulled over a 2000 White Ford F-150 pickup by the Border Patrol checkpoint located on Highway 4 in Brownsville.
The vehicle was said to have three males inside. The men were identified as 26-year-old Carlos Roel Santana, 29-year-old Fernando Pecina, and 19-year-old Angel Alvear.
