The San Benito Lady ’Hound varsity softball team is looking to reach the same glory they achieved last year; beginning their season with an 8-0 record.

The team appears to resemble strong confidence and knowledge of the “do’s and don’ts” of the sport, especially when returning players such as seniors Adriana “Squirt” Flores, Kasey Sanchez and Giselle Tamayo provide a strong support system.

Squirt, short stop, Kasey, first baseman, and Giselle, catcher, began their softball careers as freshmen starters.
