The San Benito Youth Baseball/Softball Organization (SBYBSO) is in full swing putting together teams for local kids to put their talent and dreams to the test.

Not to be confused with the San Benito Youth Baseball/Softball League (SBYBSL), this entity is run by the City of San Benito Parks and Recreations Board.

In this the organization’s inaugural year, 414 kids have thus far registered for play. There are conflicting reports of last year’s totals being between 250-600 kids who registered to play in the youth league. Regardless, the players are coming in to try out their skills.
