The San Benito Lady ’Hounds once again dominated the mat this past Thursday, this time while hosting the Weslaco East Lady Wildcats.
Winning their matches by pin were wrestlers Cele Maldonado, Brianna Jimenez, Erika Guzman, Anissa Abrego, Alex Marmolejo, and Sam Martinez, who pinned her opponent in under 30 seconds.
Stephanie Benavides won by points.
Meanwhile, Marmolejo is currently enjoying an unbeaten streak as she remains undefeated during this her senior year.
