The San Benito Youth Stock Show (SBYSS) is back in full swing for the 2012 year.
The four-day event is to be set on Thursday, Jan 19 to Sunday, Jan. 21 at the San Benito Municipal Fairgrounds off FM 510. The event is open to the public.
Director of Events and Entertainment Kathy Rike said Jan. 19 is set for check-in. “We’re expecting more than 400 livestock entries to come in and be judged,” she said. “Historically, we will not get the bulk of those entries until the last entry day. Most of those are from the local 4H and FFA clubs.”
