With the completion of the Family Dollar and the relocation of the Texas Department of Human Services, a noticeable gap at the San Benito Corners Plaza is present, but not for long as construction on the new Walgreens has since begun.
Located on the intersection of Sam Houston Boulevard and Business Highway 77, Walgreens will reportedly generate the creation of at least 40 new jobs and is set for a 2012 opening date.
