According to the Academic Excellence Indicator System (AEIS) Report, the San Benito Consolidated Independent School District (SBCISD) has increased in value.
Financially, the district’s value for the 2009-2010 school year increased to $792,165,445, an increase of $34,287,711 from the 2008-2009 school year which was valued at $757,877,734. The district also has a $16 million fund balance.
The value per pupil is $70,773, whereas the state’s value per pupil is $361,580.
The district’s Average Actual Salary for the 2009-2010 school year was $46,103 compared to the state’s $48,263, a difference of $2,160.
