AEIS report shows declining dropout rate

SBCISD logoAccording to the Academic Excellence Indicator System (AEIS) Report, the San Benito Consolidated Independent School District (SBCISD) has increased in value.

Financially, the district’s value for the 2009-2010 school year increased to $792,165,445, an increase of $34,287,711 from the 2008-2009 school year which was valued at $757,877,734. The district also has a $16 million fund balance.

The value per pupil is $70,773, whereas the state’s value per pupil is $361,580.

The district’s Average Actual Salary for the 2009-2010 school year was $46,103 compared to the state’s $48,263, a difference of $2,160.
