A Thanksgiving Feast For All
Members of San Benito CISD’s Naval Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps cadets have been quite busy this Thanksgiving holiday. Shown are NJROTC members with Veterans Memorial Academy Principal Antonio Rodriguez. The cadets collected funds and donated over 2,500 canned foods and 66 huge turkeys to the VMA Communities in Schools Club. Chief Richard Williams and Lt. Rolando Gonzalez serve as sponsors and instructors. Seen here are cadets Alexis Howell, Demetrio Alvarado, Alexandra Limon, Rodriguez, Luis Lopez, Irma Galvan (CIS Coordinator), Cynthia Barragan, Gustavo Guevara, Daniela Barrera, and Lilia Carreon.
