Various law enforcement agencies from around the Valley, including San Benito and Harlingen police departments as well as San Benito CISD police, the Cameron County Sheriff’s Office, the District Attorney’s Office and federal authorities were on hand Tuesday at a Crime Victims Rights event. Festivities were held at the HEB in San Benito, where District Attorney Armando Villalobos read a proclamation declaring it Crime Victims Rights Week. The event was organized by Cynthia V.
