LA JOYA – It’s all about preparation for the 1-0 Bobcats.

After Rio Hondo’s close, but tough, win this past week against the Santa Rosa Warriors, Bobcat quarterback Juan Puga had some words to share about his performance last week.

Puga seemed to know where his problems lied during his last game, and hoped to stay on track as he prepared mentally and physically for his team’s upcoming battle against the La Joya Juarez-Lincoln Huskies (0-1).

Puga is looking forward and hopes to take what he learned about his game this week to apply it in hopes of achieving victory for his next. “I have to put this past game to the side, bounce back and do what I do best on the field – have to work hard this week and focus,” said Puga just a few short days after a nail-biter against Santa Rosa.
