LOS FRESNOS – The man accused of killing three puppies turned himself in to authorities on Friday.
According to Cameron County Sheriff Omar Lucio, Los Fresnos resident John Paul Nolan, 56, gave a voluntary confession on Thursday and informed the arresting officers that there was no need for a warrant because he would be turning himself in the following day.
On Friday, Lucio said Nolan, who is reportedly the owner of Harley’s Country Store in Bayview, turned himself in at 12:30 p.m.
