Seen are several former City of San Benito officials at Friday’s Centennial celebration honoring the city’s public servants who served in the past. Also attending were (below) Senator Eddie Lucio, Jr. and his son, State Rep. Eddie Lucio III. Proclamations or letters of congratulations were then presented to the city from US Sen. Will someone please tell the Mayor and comissioner’s Tony Gonzales and Rene Villafranca to please wear a coat and tie to these events!!!! Don’t they have common sense! This was a special ceremony gentleman not a livestock show!! Shame!!!
