The San Benito Greyhounds will hit the road again, leaving behind their undefeated record at home.
This time, they will be headed outside the RGV to Corpus Christi, where the ’Hounds will do battle with Laredo United in area playoff action.
On Friday night, during the first round of playoffs, San Benito won its first bi-district title since 2004, knocking off the Edinburg Bobcats from continuing forward on the playoff bracket.
San Benito, 9-2, will now confront the 8-3 United Longhorns.
