Investigators with the San Benito Police Department (SBPD) await the results of a pathologist’s examination before determining the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a teenage boy on Saturday, Operations Chief Martin Morales reported Monday.
Morales said it was at approximately 11:30 a.m. Saturday when San Benito police first began receiving information regarding the incident.
