Cameron County Sheriff’s deputies have arrested a 48-year-old San Benito man on charges of sexual assault of a child, Sheriff Omar Lucio said.
According to reports, 48-year-old Juan Ruben Martinez is accused of allegedly picking up 16-year-old girl from school on three separate occasions. It was not disclosed which school said female was picked up from.
