Hounds logoThe San Benito Quarterback Club will raffle two Greyhound football helmets at Friday night’s game to help a fellow player.

The funds gathered from the raffle, scheduled at the San Benito Greyhounds vs. Los Fresnos Falcons football game at 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 7, will help #76 Pete Lozano, whose father recently suffered a stroke. Lozano’s fellow players hope the funds will relieve his family of medical expenses incurred.

After all, Rosie Leal of the Quarterback Club said it was the team’s idea.
