San Benito Police Captain Arnold Garcia and his brother, Lieutenant Tony Garcia, will take the stand Monday during their appeals hearing concerning a 2010 incident in which they were accused of transporting beer using a police unit.
The allegations to be appealed by the Garcia brothers stem from an incident reported last summer in which Arnold Garcia was accused of using a police unit, with Lt. Tony Garcia in tow, to transport beer.
