Less than two weeks after a local mother was charged with a first degree felony in connection with the death of her infant son, the father of that baby has now been arrested and charged with the same crime. Gavino Acuna was arrested by the San Benito Police Department on Saturday, May 14 and charged with injury to a child/involving death moments after giving his statement to the police in regards to the case.
