BEE-WARE- Fire Department warns citizens after man viciously attacked by bees

Firefighters are warning citizens about the recent rise in bee calls after a 76-year old San Benito man was viciously attacked while working outside this week.
Firefighters were dispatched to a home on the 2700 block of Shafer Road Monday afternoon at approximately 1:09 p.m. When firefighters arrived, they found Felipe Pedraza on the ground with a significant amount of bee stings to his chest, neck and face area.
