The Los Fresnos Rodeo returns in 2026, promising four days of electrifying ProRodeo action, world-class musical entertainment, and family fun.
From February 19 through February 22, this year’s event is headlined by a star-studded country music lineup featuring Braxton Keith, Annie Bosko, and Randall King.
The 2026 season kicks off Thursday night with a brand-new “Concert-Only” event featuring Braxton Keith. The excitement continues Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with full ProRodeo performances.
Driven by Volunteers, Focused on Youth
The Los Fresnos Rodeo is produced by a dedicated team of hard-working volunteers and features elite professional contestants from the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) and the Women’s Professional Rodeo Association (WPRA).
The Los Fresnos Rodeo Committee has goals that extend beyond hosting a rodeo once a year.
They believe that hard work, dedication, and a strong work ethic should be rewarded among area youth. Every year, they reinvest funds from their events in the community through scholarships for students who will one day lead cities, the state, and the country.
Home of the Cameron County Fair and Livestock Show
Beyond the rodeo arena, the Los Fresnos Rodeo serves as the official home of the Cameron County Fair and Livestock Show. This long-standing tradition showcases the hard work of local youth and FFA members.
Visitors can explore the Home Show exhibits and cheer on competitors in the Beef Cattle, Lamb, Goat, Swine, Rabbit, and Steer shows.

Meet the 2026 Artists
Annie Bosko (Friday, Feb 20). This California cowgirl is a powerhouse in Nashville. Annie Bosko has shared stages with icons such as Adele and Blake Shelton and is set to join Dolly Parton in Las Vegas this fall. Her energetic performance and songwriting prowess make her Friday night performance a “must-see” event.
Randall King (Saturday, Feb 21) Keeping the tradition of the ‘90s country sound alive, Randall King is a “road warrior” with millions of streams to his name. Known for his hit “You in a Honky Tonk,” King brings a classic country swagger to the Los Fresnos stage that will have the entire arena on its feet.
