HARLINGEN—The 2022-2023 Harlingen Concert Association (HCA) annual concert series opens the season “Swingn’ and Singin’” with a return visit from the renowned Side Street Strutters.
This popular jazz group’s performance will be on November 17 at the CFC Auditorium, 901 N. Loop 499 in Harlingen.
In celebration of their 40th anniversary, the Strutters and vocalist Meloney Collins introduce their new project “Swingn’ & Singin.’” To achieve this, the band got together and selected their most popular melodies, their most powerful musical arrangements, and the songs that continuously excited an audience. The best of the best.
They have added some new musical offerings to create an unforgettable musical theatre experience that captures the essential charm and vibrant energy of Jazz.
Grammy winning country music artist Rick Trevino and his band will perform “Country & Christmas,” December 6, 2022.
January 10, 2023 will start a new calendar year with “Divas 3.” This Las Vegas based act features three female vocalists celebrating four decades of iconic pop divas.
