The second phase of the Shafer Road reconstruction process will begin late Wednesday evening, with all traffic scheduled to now start utilizing the FM 509 (Paso Real) entrance, City officials are reporting.
This change will affect all traffic to and from Berta Cabaza Middle School and residents in the Alameda Subdivision.
