A San Benito man is facing charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute after a Cameron County Deputy found 27.5 kilos, or almost 60 pounds, of cocaine in his truck. David Lopez, 33, is currently sitting in Cameron County after failing to post a half a million dollar bond given to him by a County Judge.
