Alicia C. Anguiano

Alicia C. Anguiano, 64, of San Benito, Texas, entered into rest on July 2, 2014.

Alicia was a lifelong resident of San Benito and was a San Benito CISD employee for 25+ years. She was very loving, unselfish, giving, and always willing to help anyone in need. She dedicated her life to her children and grandchildren. Alicia touched the hearts of everyone she met and always had a smile on her face. Although we know she walks with Christ, she will be loved and missed dearly. Rest in paradise, sweet angel.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernardino Castillo and Alicia C. Castillo.

Left to cherish her memory are her children: Jenifer M. Rada (Mario A. Rada), David C. Anguiano (Kathy Benavides), Amanda C. Anguiano, and Laura L. Amaya (John Amaya); grandchildren: David Nathan, Jordan, Jonathan, Jaydyn, Dominic, Julien, Angelo, Aideen, Rylan, and Austin; brothers & sisters: Carmen (Andy), Bernardino Jr. (Diana), Frank (Norma), Dollie (David), Angie (Donald), Arnold (Cris); as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation will follow in accordance to her wishes.

    My dearest friend was so sad to hear of your most untimely pasting. My condolences to the family and relatives of Alice. We were childhood friends. You had a heart of gold always helping others never a no if you could help it. Well now you are with your dearest Mom and Dad. Rest in Peace. Gods Blessings on you.
