Elma Garcia Ramirez
Elma Garcia Ramirez, 64, of San Benito, TX, was called into eternal rest on May 6, 2014.
She was born in Raymondville, TX and raised in Sebastian, TX. She graduated from Lyford High School in 1966. She began her career as a respiratory technician at Valley Baptist Medical Center where she met the love of her life, the late Luis Campos Ramirez.
She is survived by her children Luis Ramirez, Jr.; Cynthia Ramirez Serna (Juan J.), Kristina Ramirez Cardoza (Juan C.), and Lisa Ramirez. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 8, 2014 from 1:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m., with rosary at 7:00 p.m.
Funeral services were held on Friday, May 9, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady Queen of the Universe, followed by internment at Mont Meta Memorial Park.
Donations will be accepted in lieu of flowers.
