The San Benito varsity boys track team competed at the Third Annual Roberto Garza Jr. rely in Rio Hondo on Friday, Feb. 28.
Isaac Osorio, Julian Vasquez, Anthony Noyola and Gabriel Vasquez placed second in the 400 meter relay with a time of 44.68. Lupe Zapata ran a time of 2.16.94 in the 800 meter run while Edward Romero ran a time of 2.25.26.
Pablo Castro ran a time of 16.71 in the 110 meter hurdles while Jorge Cantu ran a time of 16.83 and Mario Valdez ran a time of 17.68. Anthony Noyola ran a time of 11.15 in the 100 meter dash.
