An unsealed federal indictment in the United States District Court in McAllen has revealed that a San Benito man faces multiple drug charges, including intent to distribute as much as 24 kilograms of cocaine.
According to the indictment, which was filed on Dec. 20, 2013, Jose Ignacio Acosta of the mechanic shop Acosta’s and Sons in San Benito allegedly possessed and intended to distribute a controlled substance—described as a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of cocaine—from or on about Jan. 1, 2008; Nov. 1-8, 2012; and March 11-13, 2013.

Ouch…when it’s being done, all is good…family supposedly living the high life (in san benito..get real) get caught reality hits then the entire family suffers, the responsible one gets locked up and the rest…here comes the struggle of trying to live as they once did…it’s not gonna happen, unless you don’t learn your lesson and do it all over again …people why do they not understand “you will get caught”…nothing better than having a job and living a decent life even if it is paycheck to paycheck!!!
